Cancellations & Changes
We kindly request 24–48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes.
Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or missed appointments may be subject to a fee based on the reserved service.
Guests with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to keep a card on file.
Late Arrivals
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require your service to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled.
A late arrival fee of up to 20% of the scheduled service may apply.

At Red Beauty Lounge, our goal is simple — we want you to leave feeling confident, cared for, and completely satisfied. If something about your experience doesn’t feel quite right, we welcome the opportunity to make it right.

If you have concerns about your service, please let us know during your visit or within five days of your appointment. This allows our team to properly evaluate and offer a professional adjustment when appropriate.
For color services, concerns must be communicated to salon management within five days so a complimentary corrective service may be scheduled at no charge with the original colorist when possible. If a guest chooses to receive the corrective service with a different stylist, additional charges may apply, as service pricing varies by artist.

Monetary refunds are rare and reviewed solely by salon management. When approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days in the original form of payment or as salon credit, at management discretion.
What Is Not Eligible
Refunds or adjustments are not provided for:
Change of mind or personal preference
Services performed elsewhere after your visit
Failure to follow recommended aftercare
Gift cards or jewelry (final sale)

Retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only, provided they are unopened or gently used. Defective items will gladly be exchanged.

All first-time appointments require a credit card on file. Select services require a deposit at the time of booking, typically 50% of the scheduled service.
All classes held at Red require a non-refundable deposit, set at the time the class is scheduled.
Deposits are applied to your service total and are non-refundable unless Red Beauty Lounge must cancel or reschedule your appointment or class.
Appointments canceled outside of our notice window or missed without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. With at least 48 hours’ notice, deposits may be transferred to a new appointment based on availability.
